Project Closeout Report

Phase I testing was completed in July 2001, however the project participants could not reach a consensus on the next appropriate course of action, including which coatings had met the required criteria to move onto phase II testing. On March 5, 2002 the JWG agreed with the Army's recommendation to terminate the project. A Project Closeout Report was written to document all testing results obtained during Phase I testing, difficulties experienced and lessons learned, and recommendations for future efforts.
