Corrosion protection and lubricity for high- and low-strength steels and other metal alloys used by DoD programs and NASA for many different applications. Initial focus will be to develop performance requirements for the following applications:

  • structural components
  • fasteners
  • electrical connectors

  • Aluminum Sputtering
  • Electroplated Aluminum (Alumiplate)
  • IVD-AL
  • Tin-Zinc
  • Zinc-Nickel (Alkaline)
  • Zinc-Nickel (Boeing)

Composite

  • SermeTel 249/273 (for repair only)

Post Treatments

  • Trivalent Chromium Post Treatment (TCP)
  • Chromate Post Treatments

All DoD and NASA systems have affected programs.
