(Propulsion Environmental Working Group)
Project Number: S-95-SP-007

Joint Test Report

The first JTR for this project to identify non-lead DFLs for use in turbine engines documents the results of the first three testing phases (of four testing phases). Six of nine, Alseal 333, Alseal 360, E/M 1380B, Surf-Kote LOB-1800G Class A, Tiolube 29, and X-204 Solid Film Lubricant candidate alternative DFLs were eliminated from further consideration based on their performance in the first three testing phases. Testing of the remaining three DFLs, Everlube 812, Everlube 10030, and Tiolube 614-T9B has been completed and the data analysis is in progress. Humidity resistance testing is also underway. The second JTR will contain the results of the last testing phase.
