Validation of Novel Electroactive Polymers (EAP) as Environmentally Compliant Coatings for Replacement of Hexavalent Chrome Pretreatments ESTCP Project Number - WP-0527	Eliminate the military's reliance on hexavalent chrome in coatings applied to aluminum and steel alloys.
Low-VOC Coatings for Medium Caliber Ammunition Project Number: J-98-OC-013	Identify and validate low-VOC organic coatings for corrosion protection of medium caliber ammunition projectile bodies.
Chromate-Free Primer and Sealants	Provide data and knowledge to assist OEM in validating low-VOC and nonchromate primers, nonchromate sealants, and nonchromate passivation.
Low-VOC Adhesive Bonding Primer Project Number: J-01-OC-025	Demonstrate, validate and qualify the commercially acceptable low-VOC adhesive bonding primer across all affected military platforms.
Low-VOC Topcoats and Primers	Develop a JTP for validating alternatives to high-VOC CARCs and non-CARCs.
Non-Hexavalent Chromium/No HAPs Aircraft Sealant	Migrate the positive results of a Navy project to evaluate Skyflex Aircraft Sealant as an alternative to polysulfide sealant.
